**Reports To**: Principal

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan and deliver engaging and age-appropriate English language lessons.
- Develop students' foundational skills in reading, writing, speaking, and listening.
- Integrate phonics, storytelling, and interactive methods into teaching.
- Foster creativity, critical thinking, and a love for language in young learners.
- Differentiate instruction to cater to diverse learning needs and language abilities.
- Maintain accurate student records, including assessments and progress reports.
- Collaborate with other teachers to ensure a holistic learning experience.
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress and development.
- Create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Teaching certification or diploma in early childhood/primary education.
- Minimum 2-3 years of teaching experience, preferably in an international school setting.
- Familiarity with international curricula (Oxford,Cambridge/IB/other).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using digital tools to support learning.
- A warm, approachable, and child-centered teaching style.
