We are hiring **staff nurse** is a healthcare professional responsible for providing direct patient care, administering treatments, and supporting the medical team in hospitals, clinics, or other healthcare settings. Their role is pivotal in maintaining patient health, monitoring progress, and ensuring the smooth operation of healthcare facilities.

**Key Responsibilities of a Staff Nurse**:

- **Patient Care**:

- Assess and monitor patients’ health conditions.
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments.
- Provide wound care, injections, and IV therapy.
- Assist in personal care (e.g., bathing, dressing, and feeding).
- Ensure patient comfort and provide emotional support.
- **Medical Procedures**:

- Assist doctors and other healthcare professionals with procedures and exams.
- Take vital signs, such as blood pressure, temperature, pulse, and respiratory rate.
- Prepare patients for surgery or medical tests.
- Record patient information in medical charts.
- **Patient Education**:

- Educate patients and their families about healthcare conditions, treatment plans, and preventive care.
- Offer guidance on managing chronic conditions, medication, and lifestyle changes.
- **Collaboration with Healthcare Team**:

- Work closely with doctors, specialists, and other nurses to ensure comprehensive care.
- Communicate patient status and any changes in conditions to the medical team.
- Participate in care planning and ensure follow-up care.
- **Infection Control**:

- Follow proper sanitation and hygiene protocols to prevent infections.
- Ensure safe handling of medical equipment and medications.
- **Documentation**:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
- Document treatment, care plans, and patient progress in compliance with hospital policies and regulations.
- **Emergency Response**:

- Respond quickly to medical emergencies, providing necessary interventions and support.
- Assist in resuscitation and first aid when needed.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Nursing Degree**: An Associate's or Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN).
- **Licensing**: Must be licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) by the appropriate regulatory body.
- **Clinical Knowledge**: Strong understanding of medical procedures, pharmacology, and patient care.
- **Communication Skills**: Ability to communicate clearly with patients, families, and the healthcare team.
- **Compassion and Empathy**: A caring attitude to comfort and support patients through their healthcare journeys.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
