We are looking for a creative and driven Content Creator to join our team. As a Content Creator, you will be responsible for producing engaging, high-quality content across various platforms, including social media, blogs, websites, and videos. You will work closely with the marketing team to ensure that the content aligns with our brand voice and marketing goals, driving traffic, engagement, and conversions.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Content Creation**: Develop and create original written, visual, and multimedia content for websites, blogs, social media, and other marketing channels.
- **Social Media Management**: Create, schedule, and post content on social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc. Engage with the audience through comments, messages, and polls.
- **SEO Optimization**: Implement SEO best practices to optimize content for search engines, driving organic traffic to the website and increasing content visibility.
- **Research & Trend Monitoring**: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, social media strategies, and content marketing techniques to produce relevant and trending content.
- **Collaborate with Teams**: Work with the marketing, design, and sales teams to align content with the company's overall marketing strategy and brand goals.
- **Analyze Performance**: Monitor and analyze content performance using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media insights) to understand audience engagement and improve future content strategies.
- **Content Planning**: Assist in developing a content calendar to ensure consistency and timely delivery of content.
- **Brand Voice & Messaging**: Ensure all content aligns with the company's tone, voice, and messaging guidelines.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Content Creator, Social Media Manager, or similar role.
- Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Experience with content management systems (CMS), social media platforms, and digital marketing tools.
- Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro) and graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop).
- Knowledge of SEO principles and best practices.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects at once.
- Creative thinking with the ability to generate fresh and innovative content ideas.
- A passion for staying current with digital trends, social media algorithms, and industry news.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience in photography or videography.
- Knowledge of influencer marketing.
- Experience working in [specific industry or niche, if applicable].

**Education**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
