Group Reporting Controller

Reporting to the Group Controlling Manager, you will lead the design and development of Sidel group controlling reports. In strong collaboration with IS department you will ensure the translation of Business needs into the relevant dashboards and reports. With both a strong controlling and IS background you will be a key player in the controlling digitalization journey.
**Your Mission**:
Lead the digitalization of the Group controlling reporting
Improve the current controlling reports by understanding our internal customer needs and using our current reporting platform Qlik Sense
Propose and implement continuous improvements of existing analysis / tools / IS through transversal and multi-sites projects.
Active participation to the 3 years Business Plan, annual Budget, quarterly Outlook and quarterly closing with a strong focus on automation and digitalization
**Your Profile**:
Master degree or equivalent in Finance
A Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Controlling
Strong controlling technical skills, solid knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standers (IFRS) accounting principles
Reports design experience in Qlik Sense Analytics
Experience in SAP FI/CO (Finance/ Controlling) in an international and industrial group
Advanced knowledge of controlling processes & business planning principles
Advance practice of Excel & PowerPoint
Strong interpersonal skills, team player
Ability to lead in a matrix organization
Result orientation
Fluent in English, written and spoken
