**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales & Marketing**: Promote and sell properties listed on the platform, focusing on driving leads and conversions.
- **Client Engagement**: Interact with prospective buyers and sellers, providing them with the necessary information and guidance to close deals.
- **Market Research**: Conduct market research to understand customer needs, trends, and competitor activity in the real estate sector.
- **Brand Awareness**: Execute marketing strategies to increase brand visibility, targeting both online and offline channels.
- **Lead Generation**: Use a combination of digital marketing, networking, and cold calling to generate new leads and business opportunities.
- **Social Media Management**: Manage and update the company’s social media platforms to attract potential clients and maintain engagement.
- **Reporting**: Maintain daily reports and keep the management team updated on sales performance and marketing campaigns.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the real estate industry.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-driven with the ability to meet targets and deadlines.
- Knowledge of real estate market trends and customer behavior.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field is preferred.
