Bros One Tech is seeking enthusiastic and goal-oriented individuals to join our team as Telecallers. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients over the phone to promote our products/services, generate sales leads, and assist customers with their inquiries.

**Responsibilities**:

- Actively promote and market our products/services to potential clients.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and client needs.
- Follow up on leads and convert them into sales.
- Collaborate with the sales and business development team to plan and execute marketing campaigns.
- Maintain accurate records of marketing activities, leads, and client interactions.
- Represent the company at promotional events, exhibitions, and networking meets when required.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in sales or marketing is preferred but not mandatory.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing and CRM tools is a plus.
- High school diploma or higher qualification; certifications in marketing/sales is an advantage.
- Fluency in **English and Tamil** is required.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
