**Position**: Clinic Assistant
**Location**: Chennai
**Type**: Full-time; Monday to Saturday 10am to 8pm.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Patient Support**:

- Assist patients with pre
- and post-treatment care.
- Guide patients to treatment rooms and ensure they are comfortable.
- **Clinical Assistance**:

- Support dentists and healthcare staff during procedures by preparing materials and instruments.
- Sterilize and maintain dental instruments and equipment according to hygiene standards.
- Prepare treatment rooms for patient procedures and ensure cleanliness.
- **Administrative Support**:

- Help with patient registration and document verification.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure timely updates in the clinic’s database.
- Assist in managing clinic inventory and ordering supplies as needed.
- **Operational Support**:

- Ensure the clinic environment is clean, organized, and welcoming.
- Provide assistance in minor operational tasks to ensure smooth workflow.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**:

- High school diploma or equivalent (essential).
- Certification in dental or medical assistance (preferred).
- **Experience**:

- Previous experience as a clinic or dental assistant (preferred but not mandatory).
- Familiarity with clinic or dental equipment and hygiene practices (advantageous).
- **Language Skills**:

- Proficiency in English (essential) to communicate effectively with patients and staff.
- Knowledge of additional languages (e.g., Arabic or Hindi) is an advantage.
- **Skills**:

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
- Basic knowledge of computer systems and patient management software (advantageous).
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
