**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients.
- Promote the company’s services and explain their benefits.
- Schedule appointments or follow-ups for the sales team.
- Maintain a database of customer information and update records regularly.
- Achieve weekly and monthly call and conversion targets.
- Provide excellent customer service and handle queries professionally.
- Report daily call outcomes to the team leader.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass; Graduation preferred.
- Strong communication skills in Hindi, Punjabi, and English.
- Confident, polite, and persuasive on calls.
- Basic knowledge of computers and MS Office.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Previous telecalling or telesales experience is an advantage.
