Front Office Executive
Integrated Facilities Management
Attending phone calls at reception to connect concerned staff and HR team.
Arrangements of Client Meeting Handling Client Visits
Connecting Visitors to concerned staff.
Ensure reception,CD Cabin,Board Room and Meeting Rooms Cleanings.
Processing of reimbursement of staff to finance team by weekly basis.
- Maintaining In/Out register.
Maintaining vending machine register and short out the staff queries for the same.
Maintaining couriers inbound and outbound and pending courier details will be shared to CRE by weekly basis.
Maintaining Camera’s registers.
Assisting HR on walk in interview with require arrangements.
Assistant to Centre Director and managing her requirements when she is at office.
Handling games material and maintain the register for the same.
Issuing parking sticker and maintaining record for the same.
Handling first aid kits.
Ensuring newspapers, and to be placed all breakouts & CD cabin and others.

Any Bachelors degree or diploma completed is qualified
