**Key Responsibilities**:

- Teach Vedic mathematics techniques to students of various age groups, from elementary to high school level, as well as adult learners.
- Develop and implement lesson plans that incorporate Vedic maths principles, strategies, and exercises to enhance students' mathematical proficiency and confidence.
- Provide individualized support and guidance to students to help them master Vedic maths techniques and improve their mental calculation skills.
- Use a variety of teaching methods, instructional resources, and technology tools to engage students and facilitate active learning experiences.
- Assess student progress through regular practice sessions, quizzes, and assessments, and provide timely feedback to students and parents/guardians.
- Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices, resources, and innovative approaches to teaching Vedic mathematics.
- Participate in professional development activities, workshops, and training sessions to deepen understanding of Vedic maths principles and enhance teaching effectiveness.
- Promote Vedic mathematics education within the community through workshops, seminars, and outreach activities.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Education, or a related field.
- Certification or training in Vedic mathematics teaching methods and techniques.
- Previous experience teaching Vedic maths or a strong foundation in Vedic mathematics principles.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for mathematics education and a desire to inspire students to excel in mathematics.
- Ability to work effectively with students of diverse backgrounds, learning styles, and abilities.
- Commitment to continuous professional growth and lifelong learning.
