This approach extends to cooperation among our three affiliate companies — Homeward, Homeward Mortgage and Homeward Title — and produces a more integrated homebuying experience. **About the opportunity** We're looking for a capable Salesforce administrator who is able to quickly learn and engage with mission critical issues across the Homeward Organization. Duties will include administering Salesforce, managing users and permissions, and responding to internal inquiries. **In this role, you will**: - Work directly with our US based Product and Engineering Team, members of the Operations team, as well as the organization as whole, to help our customers when buying and selling a new home. - You'll join the Product Development Support team and have an enormous impact on the company and the development of our Salesforce org. - Investigate and resolve level 1 & level 2 support cases for Homeward users within SLA. - Manage Jira case queues to ensure adequate support coverage and handling of issues while escalating issues to the appropriate project/technical teams when necessary. - Maintain an understanding of new and existing features, processes and automations to better support front-end users. - Maintain 3rd party integrations with tools like Workato, LeanData, Cloundingo as required - Troubleshoot and investigate code within flows & apex change requests to the platform developers **What you'll bring**: - You have 3+ years Salesforce administrator experience, ideally in small to mid-size business space. - You have credentials - Admin 201. Platform Developer I is a plus. - Cross functional integration experience - Apex REST, SOAP services and others. - Proficiency with Apex, Visualforce, SOQL and declarative automations - You're collaborative and open to feedback.
