**Salary**: 2 TO 2.5 L PA

**(Logistics company work experienced will be preferable)**

Key Responsibilities:
**Tele calling**:
Making inbound and outbound calls to customers.

Explaining products/services and resolving customer queries.

Maintaining a record of calls and customer interactions.

Following up with potential clients and leads.

Achieving sales or service targets (if applicable).

**Computer Operations**:
Data entry, processing, and management.

Managing documents and records in various software (MS Office, CRM tools, etc.).

Typing and updating customer details and feedback in the system.

Maintaining files and documentation for reference.

**Skills & Qualifications**:
Education: Minimum High School Diploma (12th grade) or equivalent. A Graduate is preferred.

**Experience**: Previous experience in tele0calling and computer operations is an advantage.

**Skills**:
**Strong verbal communication skills.**

**Basic knowledge of computer programs (MS Word, MS Excel, etc.).**

Attention to detail and data accuracy.

Ability to work efficiently under pressure.

**How to Apply**:
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
