IT Trainer

**Job Title**: IT TRAINER

**Position Type**: Full-Time/Part-Time/freelnce

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design and develop engaging IT training materials, manuals, and guides.
- Deliver group training sessions, workshops, and one-on-one coaching for employees at all levels.
- Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics.
- Stay up to date with the latest technology trends and incorporate them into training programs.
- Work with department heads to identify training needs and develop customized learning paths.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Education, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an IT Trainer, Technical Trainer, or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of common business software and IT systems.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and instructional skills.
- Ability to explain technical concepts in a clear and user-friendly manner.
- Experience with e-learning platforms and training software is a plus.
- Certifications such as CompTIA CTT+, Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT), or equivalent are desirable.
