Roles and Responsibilities

For RM/PM Stores
- Execute timely inwarding of vehicles without any plant controllable detention along with

updation in SAP.
- Coordinate with Safety, Plant engineering & Security (Streamline) for resolution of in warding

issues.
- Allocate work activity to permanent workmen of RM Stores as per settlement Norms.
- Communicate & resolve daily in warding issue pertaining to Central Purchase amicably.
- Enforce/Execute timely issues of materials to production.
- Review and correct receiving record with invoices.
- Execute cycle count as per schedule.
- Review/Record timely tanker unloading permit.
- Organize and maintain RM Stores and inventory areas for efficient material storage and

handling, including labeling, stocking and organizing raw materials inside the stores.
- Assist and conduct physical stock taking along with permanent workmen quarterly.
- Preparing and maintaining a repository of Corrective & Preventive Action (CAPA) of

exceptions in coordination with relevant stakeholders.
- Conduct physical stock take and reconciliation as per the procedures. Coordination with

relevant stakeholders to analyse causes leading to Material Variance and swift closure of

same.
- Managing and optimization of contractual manpower such as Fork Lift Operators, Helpers,

Loading and Unloading manpower, through contractor supervisors to ensure uninterrupted

flow of work
- Ensuring proper 5S of the work area
- Identification of Hazards and Risk Assessment and implementation of action plan to reduce

hazards.
- To aid the department in improvement of processes through ideation sessions, Kaizen and

cost benefit analysis
- Responsible for maintenance of all assets in the work area, ensuring maximum uptime of all

equipment and resolving asset related issues in coordination with Engineering team

For FG/PMG
- Execute/Enforce smooth movement of FG from Shop floor.
- Plan and Dispatch FG material as per open STRs.
- Maintain daily, weekly and monthly reports and share them with concern members.
- Report pallet accounting and follow-up with PED for repair of damaged pallets.
- Execute timely inwarding of PM vehicles without any plant controllable detention with

updation in SAP.
- **Education**:
Diploma in mechanical/production or any Diploma with Previous experience of handling

RMG/FG.

**Key Skill**:
Good communication skills. Comfortable with MS-Office tools.

Basic operational knowledge of DCS and SAP.

Good knowledge of 5S ,TPM, MSDS ,HIRA.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹8,334.39 - ₹36,383.99 per month

- Ludhiana, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
