We are looking for a motivated and skilled Tele caller to join our dynamic team on a commission-based, remote working arrangement. If you have a flair for communication and a drive to succeed in a performance-driven role, this opportunity is for you

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Making Calls**: Reach out to potential clients through phone calls who has shown interest in products/services.

**Client Engagement**: Effectively communicate the benefits and features of our offerings, tailoring your approach to the specific needs and interests of each client.

**Lead Generation**: Identify and cultivate potential sales leads through effective questioning and listening skills.

**Follow-Up**: Maintain regular contact with prospective clients, building relationships and guiding them through the decision-making process.

**Achieving Targets**: Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets, leveraging your excellent persuasion skills.

**Reporting**: Keep accurate records of calls and sales, and provide regular updates to the management team.

Excellent communication skills, with proficiency in English, Hindi and Kannada Languages.

Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.

Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.

Good organizational and time management skills.

Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office.

Previous experience in telesales/telemarketing is advantageous but not mandatory.
