**Experience**:
3+ years of experience in designing. Hospital designing experience has added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:
Design and Planning:
Develop conceptual designs and detailed architectural drawings based on client needs and project specifications.
Create 2D and 3D models using software like AutoCAD, Revit, or SketchUp.
Conduct site analysis and consider environmental, structural, and aesthetic factors in designs.
Client and Stakeholder Engagement:
Collaborate with clients to understand their vision, budget, and functional requirements.
Present design concepts and gather feedback for revisions.
Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project alignment.
Project Coordination and Management:
Develop project timelines and ensure designs are delivered on schedule.
Oversee construction phases to ensure adherence to the design and quality standards.
Provide on-site guidance and address construction-related issues or design adjustments.
Compliance and Standards:
Ensure designs comply with local building codes, zoning laws, and safety regulations.
Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and technologies to incorporate into projects.
Prepare documentation required for permits and approvals.
Cost Estimation and Material Selection:
Prepare cost estimates and budgets for projects.
Recommend suitable materials, finishes, and furnishings that align with the design and budget.
Work with vendors and suppliers to source materials.
Team Collaboration:
Lead or participate in multidisciplinary teams to integrate architectural designs with structural, mechanical, and electrical systems.
Guide junior architects and interns, providing feedback and mentorship.
Collaborate with interior designers, landscape architects, and other specialists as required.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
