**Job Title : Copywriter - Social Media & Brand Content**

**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Brand Consistency: Ensure brand voice and messaging are consistent across all Sagar Group ventures (hospital, colleges, public schools, real estate, yarn manufacturing & rice milling industry). Maintain and adhere to brand guidelines.
- Campaign Development: Conceptualize and execute innovative content strategies for brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation campaigns.
- Scriptwriting: Write compelling scripts for promotional videos, reels, digital ads, and other multimedia content.
- Trend Research: Stay up-to-date on social media trends, emerging platforms, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for creative storytelling and content innovation.
- Collaboration: Work closely with designers, marketing team members, and other stakeholders to ensure content is visually appealing and effectively integrated into overall marketing strategies.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze content performance metrics (e.g., reach, engagement, conversions) and use data-driven insights to refine content strategy and optimize for better results.
- Target Audience Understanding: Develop a deep understanding of the target audiences for each Sagar Group venture and tailor content to their specific interests and needs.
- Content Calendar Management: Contribute to the development and execution of a content calendar, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality content.

**Requirements**:

- Experience: Proven experience (3+ years preferred) as a Copywriter, Content Creator, or similar role in digital marketing, preferably with experience in healthcare, education, or corporate branding.
- Skills: Exceptional writing and editing skills in both English and Hindi. Strong understanding of grammar, punctuation, and style guides.
- Social Media Expertise: Deep knowledge of social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube) and their best practices. Familiarity with social media analytics tools.
- Content Strategy: Ability to develop and implement content strategies that align with business objectives.
- Creativity: A highly creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and the ability to generate fresh and innovative ideas.
- Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing a variety of writing samples, including social media content, website copy, and marketing materials.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
