**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **General Cleaning**: Sweep, mop, vacuum, and clean floors in offices, hallways, bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas.
- **Waste Disposal**: Empty trash bins, dispose of waste in designated areas, and replace liners as needed.
- **Surface Cleaning**: Dust and wipe down surfaces, including desks, countertops, windowsills, and furniture.
- **Restroom Maintenance**: Clean and sanitize restrooms, replenish supplies (toilet paper, soap, etc.), and ensure proper hygiene standards.
- **Kitchen Maintenance**: Clean and disinfect kitchen areas, including countertops, appliances, and sinks.
- **Floor Care**: Perform specialized cleaning tasks such as carpet cleaning, waxing, and polishing floors when required.
- **Stocking Supplies**: Monitor and maintain stock of cleaning supplies, ensuring timely replenishment when needed.
- **Inventory Management**: Keep track of cleaning equipment and ensure it is in good working condition.
- **Special Requests**: Assist with additional cleaning duties or special requests as directed by supervisors or management.
- **Safety and Compliance**: Adhere to safety standards and use cleaning chemicals according to the recommended guidelines.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- **Experience**: Prior experience in cleaning or janitorial services is preferred but not mandatory.
- **Knowledge**: Basic knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and chemicals.
- **Attention to Detail**: Strong attention to detail and thoroughness in performing cleaning tasks.
- **Physical Stamina**: Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- **Time Management**: Ability to work efficiently and complete tasks in a timely manner.
- **Trustworthy and Reliable**: Must be dependable and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- **Communication Skills**: Basic communication skills to follow instructions and report any issues or needs to supervisors.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with specialized cleaning tasks (e.g., carpet cleaning, floor waxing, etc.).
- Familiarity with safety protocols and use of cleaning equipment.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends, if required.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
