**The Kalgidhar Trust **is seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as a CSR Fund Raiser Expert. As the **CSR Fund Raiser Expert**, you will play a crucial role in helping the organization achieve its mission of providing education, healthcare, and sustainable solutions to impoverished communities.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive CSR fundraising strategy in collaboration with the Head of Fundraising.
- Identify and research potential CSR partners and build relationships with key stakeholders.
- Initiate and maintain regular communication with current and potential CSR partners to solicit donations and support for our projects.
- Develop persuasive and creative proposals and presentations to secure CSR grants and donations.
- Coordinate and collaborate with the Trust's programs team to ensure alignment of fundraising goals with the organization’s mission and programs.
- Ensure accurate and timely reporting to CSR partners on the use of funds and the impact of their donations.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, marketing, fundraising, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in fundraising, preferably in the CSR sector.
- Proven track record of successfully securing grants and donations from CSR partners.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong relationship building and networking skills.
- Passion for social impact and the Trust’s mission.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Good understanding of CSR norms and guidelines.
