Create TDM strategy, resources plan, pilot, implementation and rollout

Play back deliverables with VCF Corp teams.

Deliver workshops, Interviews, and reviews of data approach: Scope, Processes, Architecture, Data Gaps & Test Environment dependencies to understand current state

Analyze Test Data - Governance, Security, Engineering, Operations, tools, and Test Integration

Define TDM Processes, identify toolset, and Frameworks and create strategy

Produce a roadmap which will include TDM Recommendations and Implementation Rollout plan
