**Overview**The Executive - QA plays a crucial role in ensuring the highest standards of quality across products and services in the organization. This position is responsible for implementing and maintaining quality assurance processes that adhere to industry standards and regulatory requirements. The Executive will actively engage in the development, review, and approval of quality assurance plans, test cases, and protocols. By working closely with cross-functional teams, the Executive - QA will assist in identifying risks, resolving defects, and ensuring that the end products meet customer expectations. This role not only contributes to customer satisfaction but also enhances the overall reputation of the organization in its industry. The Executive will serve as a key point of contact between various departments, promoting a culture of quality and continuous improvement throughout the organization.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement quality assurance processes and procedures.
- Conduct regular quality audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement.
- Review and approve quality assurance plans and protocols.
- Collaborate with development teams to define testing requirements.
- Create, execute, and analyze test cases and test scripts.
- Document and report on quality trends and issues using metrics.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Participate in project meetings to provide quality insights.
- Assist in root cause analysis for defect investigations.
- Provide training and support to team members on quality processes.
- Maintain detailed documentation of quality assurance activities.
- Ensure proper testing environment and tools are used.
- Stay updated with industry trends and standards in quality assurance.
- Communicate effectively with teams about quality requirements and standards.
- Support process improvement initiatives to enhance product quality.
