**Video editor with minimum experience of 1 year in Advertising Agency**

Key Responsibilities:
1. Video Editing and Production
- Edit raw footage into polished videos, including cutting, splicing, and synchronizing video and audio.
- Incorporate music, dialogues, graphics, and effects to enhance the video's quality.
- Ensure logical sequencing and smooth running of video content.

2. Collaboration and Communication
- Work closely with the creative team, including directors, producers, and other editors, to understand project goals and audience preferences.
- Collaborate with content creators to understand and translate their vision into compelling video content.

3. Project Management
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.

4. Technical Expertise
- Utilize video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro or similar tools.
- Adjust and correct color, lighting, and sound to ensure video quality and consistency.

5. Creative Input
- Suggest and implement creative ideas and edits to improve video content.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in video editing and incorporate new techniques and technology as appropriate.

6. Quality Control
- Review and finalize videos to ensure they meet the project’s requirements and quality standards.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure videos are error-free and ready for broadcast or publication.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Experience: Proven experience as a Video Editor with a strong portfolio showcasing previous work.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects).
- Creativity: Strong creative vision and storytelling skills.
- Attention to Detail: Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain high quality across multiple projects.
- Time Management: Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Communication: Good communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with different teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with motion graphics and animation.
- Knowledge of color grading and sound design.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and video requirements.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)
