We are looking for an enthusiastic Telesales representative to contribute in generating sales in to our company ,you will b responsible for closing sales deals over the phone ,cold calling ,maintaing the good relationship with customers.
An effective telesales representative must be an excellent communicator and superior people skills.
They must be comfortable presenting products or services over the phone as well as dealing with complaints and doubts.
The goal is to help the company grow by bringing in customers and developing business.
Roles n responsibilities:
Contact potential and existing to inform them about their services/product.
Answer questions about product or the company.
Ask questions to understand customer requirements n close sales.
Take n processs the order in accurate manner.
Handle grievances to preserve the company's reputation.
Keep records of calls and sales n note useful information.
Shift timings :from 9:30 am to 11:30 pm in between.
Sunday fixed off.
English and Hindi should be fluent.
Freshers/Bachelors both r eligible to apply.
salary will b in between 18 to 23 k in hand.
immidiate joiner will be prefered.
Should be comfortable to relocate.
Should be comfortable to join work from office.
**Salary**: ₹17,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
