As a Public Relations Officer (PRO) for our school, you will be responsible for managing the school's public image, fostering positive relationships with various stakeholders including parents, students, staff, media, and the community at large. Your primary goal will be to promote the school's reputation, activities, and achievements through effective communication strategies. You will also play a vital role in crisis management and maintaining a favorable public perception of the school.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement comprehensive public relations strategies to enhance the school's visibility and reputation.
- Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with parents, students, staff, alumni, media representatives, government officials, and other stakeholders.
- Coordinate and organize school events, such as open houses, exhibitions, and community outreach programs, to promote the school's mission and values.
- Create and distribute press releases, newsletters, and other promotional materials to highlight school accomplishments, events, and initiatives.
- Manage the school's social media accounts and website content to ensure accurate and engaging information dissemination.
- Act as a spokesperson for the school, handling inquiries from the media and the public in a timely and professional manner.
- Monitor media coverage and public opinion about the school, and develop strategies to address any negative perceptions or issues that may arise.
- Collaborate with school administrators, teachers, and staff to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all communication channels.
- Plan and execute crisis communication strategies to address emergencies or controversial situations that may impact the school's reputation.
- Conduct research and surveys to assess public perception of the school and identify areas for improvement in communication and public relations efforts.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay
- Performance bonus
