- The Interventional Cardiologist will be responsible for performing cardiology procedures in the Cath Lab and providing specialized care in Interventional Cardiology on a day-to-day basis.
- Conduct detailed patient history and cardiovascular examinations.
- Diagnose cardiovascular diseases using diagnostic tests such as echocardiograms, angiograms, and stress tests.
- Interpret test results and design treatment plans accordingly.
- Perform mínimally invasive cardiac procedures such as angioplasty, stent placement, and balloon valvuloplasty.
- Utilize catheter-based techniques to treat conditions such as coronary artery disease, heart valve disorders, and congenital heart defects.
- Ensure the proper use of imaging technology during procedures to guide catheters and devices.
