**Job Summary—Senior Executive/Executive/Supervisor Ops**

**Responsibilities**

**Business**
- Should be able to execute Picking/Dispatch for Distribution center having
- capabilities of processing 50000+ consumer orders for Fresh Produce & FMCG.
- Should be able to design process for inward, sorting, picking, packing, and dispatch
- with a 6 hr TAT.
- Should have the ability to manage Inventory along with Cycle Count experience.
- Should plan and lead Pickers & Packers on the floor.
- Should take control of all key matrices related to fill rate, on-time Dispatch, SLA
- compliance, inventory, etc.
- Should be proficient in ERP systems & MS Excel.
- Should be open to work in Night shift.

**People**
- Responsible for leading a team of more than 200 off role employees.
- Manage team performance and motivation in a highly competitive market.
- Collaboration and Coaching
- Collaborate with other functions e.g. Inbound, Inventory & Packing team to achieve
- timely dispatches.
- Responsible for providing DC floor/Ops feedback to the management and help drive
- decision making.
- Requirements
- Should have firsthand experience of high volume e-commerce ops
- Strong Supply Chain understanding.
- Supply chain/fulfillment/E-Commerce/FMCG/Pharma ops experience for 2-4 years.
- Minimum Qualification -Graduate.
- Knowledge of fruits, vegetables is an added advantage.
