English Teacher

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement comprehensive lesson plans to effectively teach English language skills required for competitive exams.
- Create engaging and interactive learning experiences that cater to various learning styles and abilities.
- Provide personalized attention to students to help them improve their English proficiency and overcome any challenges.
- Assess students’ progress regularly through quizzes, tests, and assignments, and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
- Utilize a variety of teaching resources, including textbooks, online materials, and multimedia tools, to enhance learning outcomes.
- Keep abreast of the latest trends and developments in English language teaching methodologies and incorporate innovative techniques into teaching practices.
- Motivate and inspire students to develop a passion for English language learning and excel in competitive exams.
- Collaborate with colleagues and administrators to create a supportive and conducive learning environment for students.
- Communicate effectively with parents/guardians regarding students’ progress and address any concerns or queries in a timely manner.
- Stay updated on the syllabus and exam patterns of various competitive exams to ensure alignment of teaching content with exam requirements.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
- Teaching certification or licensure is highly desirable.
- Proven experience as an English teacher, preferably in preparing students for competitive exams.
- Strong command of the English language, including grammar, vocabulary, reading comprehension, and writing skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to connect with students from diverse backgrounds.
- Ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet the individual needs of students.
- Familiarity with educational technology and proficiency in using multimedia tools for teaching purposes.
- Patience, creativity, and enthusiasm for teaching and learning.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and contribute to the overall success of the institution.
- Commitment to continuous professional development and enhancement of teaching skills.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
