**Responsibilities**:

- Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to improve user experience.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to refine designs.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless implementation of UI designs.
- Maintain consistency in design elements across all platforms.
- Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and design best practices.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a **UI/UX Designer** or similar role.
- Proficiency in **Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or other design tools**.
- Strong understanding of **user-centered design principles** and usability best practices.
- Knowledge of **HTML, CSS, and JavaScript** is a plus.
- Experience in creating wireframes, prototypes, and interactive designs.
- Strong portfolio showcasing previous UI/UX design projects.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Familiarity with **design systems and responsive design principles**.
- Basic understanding of **front-end development**.
- Ability to work in **agile and collaborative environments**.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Yearly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Chalakudi, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
