- About the Role:_
- We are looking for enthusiastic Robotics Trainers with a STEM background to join our team. If you have a passion for teaching kids, a strong interest in technology and robotics, and enjoy making learning fun, this role is perfect for you. You will lead robotics workshops, teach students how to build and program robots, and foster creativity and problem-solving skills._
- Key Responsibilities:_
- Teach robotics to children aged 8+_
- Explain robotics and programming concepts using hands-on, interactive activities_
- Guide students in building robots using platforms like Arduino_
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment_
- Monitor student progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly_
- Organize exhibitions or competitions to showcase student projects_
- Maintain teaching materials and kits_
- Communicate with parents about student progress_
- Ensure safety protocols are followed during activities_
- Requirements:_
- Minimum 1 - 2 years experience in STEM field_
- Freshers can also apply_
- Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field (e.g., BCA, BSc in Computer Science, B.Tech, BE, MCA) or equivalent experience_
- Strong knowledge of robotics and programming languages (Scratch, Python, C++, etc.) preferred_
- Experience with robotics platforms such as Arduino_
- Patience, creativity, and enthusiasm for teaching kids_
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts_
- Weekend availability_
- Passion for inspiring young minds in robotics_
- Preferred Skills:_
- Previous teaching or tutoring experience, especially for children_
- Familiarity with educational tools/software for robotics_
- Experience in organizing STEM activities or events_
