**Summary**:
**What you will be doing**:

- Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications according to the requirement.
- Post job ads on professional sites, job sites and social media
- Assist teams in screening resumes
- Conduct phone/HR screening rounds
- Schedule calls and interviews
- Coordinate reference checks
- Participate in employment engagement activities

**What you bring**:

- Between 0 to 1 years of experience as a Recruiter either in (In House hiring or Staffing agency) or (have knowledge about recruitment)
- Familiarity with the entire recruitment lifecycle
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong decision-making skill
- Problem solving attitude

**Educational Qualification**:

- B.Com, BBA, M.Com or M.B.A (In HR) or any equivalent graduation or post-graduation
