We are seeking **Career Guidance Advisor/Counsellor/Telecaller **for SKYGURU's new office.

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Overall responsibility for the centre's sales, marketing and front office activities, following SKYGURU policies.
- Monitoring and review of the counselling, testing and registration processes as per SKYGURU policies
- Participation in the discussions and deliberations of Centre Review, Sales
- Planning and other marketing forums.
- Testing and counselling students as per set standards and norms.
- Processing of student requests for the amendment of the contract in case of a pre-commencement change in the program.
- Timely and accurate reporting
- Effective counselling of enquiry/student

**Job Types**: Fresher, Full-time, Part-time, Regular / Permanent
Part-time hours: 50 per week

**Salary**: ₹6,000.00 - ₹9,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Flexible shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay
- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Vikas Nagar, Lucknow - 226022, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Technical support: 1 year (preferred)
- tele sales: 1 year (preferred)
- total work: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- Hindi (preferred)
- English (preferred)
