**Job Summary**

Report in Pristine office for previous day attendance for all shifts (by message, by whatsapp or by mail)
- To discuss with operators and helpers regarding their leave and adjustment of manpower during leave and festivals.
- Tool Box Talk in morning and evening
- To sort out matters on site(interpersonal issues) and handle accordingly
- To check records, log books and keep them updated
- Daily reporting to plant head(Company)
- Monthly meeting in pristine office on the last day of month
- To maintain PPE in proper condition and maintain their inventory
- To supervise operators and ensure proper chemical handling
- To maintain the inventory of chemicals and inform pristine office to replenish the stock. Information need to be given 10 days before
- Inform pristine office to replenish the inventory of PPE
- To handle technical problems and provide solutions and inform pristine office.
- Inform company personnel and concerned person in pristine office in case of an incident and supervisor should be present on site.
- To check health of equipments and report if there is any fault
- To see preventive maintenance schedule of equipments and ensure execution of same properly
- To take a surprise round of plant especially during off duty hours of supervisor.
- Having Laboratory Knowledge

**Qualifications and Skills**

**Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications**

Experience - 0.6months to 1year

Basic Knowledge of ETP/STP

Educational Qualification-Bsc
