**Delivery Executive****:
**Responsibilities and Duties**:

- Coordinate import/export & local logistics as per the committed timeline.
- Coordinate with logistics vendors for shipment booking and pickup.
- Coordinate with the accounts team and prepare required documentation for the shipment.
- Managing timely payments with accounts team for all import/export & local freight charges.
- Monitoring of the shipments & ensure compliance with regulations.
- Prepare documentation for all the inward and outward shipments to comply with RBI & govt. guidelines.
- Liaising with Government Authorities like DGFT / Customs House.
- Ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of imports and exports.
- Preparing pre / post-shipment Import / Export documents
- Coordinating with Customs House Agents & Transporters
- Explore logistics channels of various Transporters, Freight Brokers, and Shipping cos./Airlines for Air & Road Freight
- Coordinate with the production team & ensure timelines are met to deliver shipments as per schedule. In case of delay, coordinate with account manager and update with required timeline.

**Eligibility**:

- B.Com / Any specialization
- Excellent verbal and written communication Leadership quality
- Strong Documentation skills in Excel/Word
- Logistics management experience required.
