Job Description
Content Support Executive
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Abuse Review: Review the abusive content on the site and take actions against it according to our abuse policy.
- EA Review: Review the Expert Answerer accounts/answers and suggest relevant actions.
- OCR Transcription: Using OCR tool in MS word to transcribe questions to convert them in html format.
- Copyright Escalations: Review and action on user reported copyright content.
- Book Logistics: Creation of text files and matching question from old edition books to new edition book.
**Requirements**:
- Graduate in any stream (with minimum 1-year experience).
- Good communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Goal oriented attitude
- Proficient in time management
- Friendly personality
- Should be willing to work in rotational shifts.
