**Responsibilities**:

- Providing SAP Basis planning & support for projects & operation of environments
- Performing scheduled Client copy, System refreshes, SAP system monitoring & upgrades and quarterly maintenance
- Installing, upgrading & tuning of databases
- Proactive monitoring and resolving potential problems in SAP systems
- Backup, recovery and disaster recovery of SAP systems
- Storage/Data Management
- Experience with Performance Analysis, Buffer Tuning, Issue and Dumps analysis and RCA, Transport issues identifications, System Refresh, debugging source codes knowledge, SAP correction, SAP Authorisations
- Maintenance of procedures and methodologies for SAP and non-SAP enterprise wide systems.
- Developing and modifying SAP technical strategies, lead problems resolutions and documenting SAP processes, procedures, and plans; including changes, upgrades, and new services
- Supporting multiple hardware server platforms and operating systems including on major cloud infrastructures and OS
- Work closely with the clients and business stakeholders to understand their pain points and requirements and strive to resolve them
- Clear and good communication skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹300,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
