**Responsibilities Required**:

- Prepare and draft SOC 1 & SOC 2 reports as per AICPA standards
- Perform control testing (e.g., employee lifecycle, change management, access)
- Prepare SOC memos and follow up on identified gaps
- Conduct HITRUST policy/procedure and implementation testing
- Upload evidence and score baselines in HITRUST MyCSF portal
- Coordinate with clients for gap remediation and scoring updates
- Support SOX ITGC testing and documentation
- Maintain complete and well-documented workpapers
- Communicate status updates to engagement leaders
- Build strong client and onshore team relationships
- Take ownership of timely, high-quality deliverables
- Stay updated on service offerings and audit techniques

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree (B.Tech/M.Tech in IT/CS, MCA, or CA)
- I.T. related certifications (CCSFP, DISA, CISA, CISM, CISSP) preferred
- 1-2 years of experience with SOC 1, SOC 2, SOX, HITRUST
- Strong communication (written & verbal)
- Team player with effective reporting skills
- High integrity and professionalism

**Our Hiring Process**:
The initial shortlisting will be followed by 2 rounds of interviews (Technical round & Interaction with Senior Management). Post Final Selection, there will be an interaction with the HR representative.
