**We don't need superheroes, just super minds**
- Should have in depth knowledge on mindsphere, Mind apps, Watts, temperature monitoring solutions etc. and should be expert in execution of these projects.
- Must be expert in commissioning of Simocode on various communications protocols.
- Must have elementary knowledge in network validation, profibus and modbus cable routing
- Should be able to assess the site for deriving estimates for digitalization projects
- Must be having 12-15 years of service experience on EP products
- Should be expert in ACB servicing and troubleshooting
- To provide service support to customer at a short notice & ensure customer delight
- Handling of service business portfolios (Service contracts, retrofit, spare parts, repairs)
- Monitoring of service KPIs.
- To provide lead generation to service sales team for business growth
- To monitor and take actions on AMCs, open calls, escalated cases, service business targets
- Knowledge on Siepan panels, spares and panel servicing job onsite.
- Experience of project management i.e. Order acquisition to order execution.
- Meeting with CxOs for promoting Digital Solutions for EP
