- Assist with network administration tasks, including firewall configuration and security updates
- Collaborate with other IT team members to implement system upgrades and enhancements
- Conduct regular maintenance tasks to ensure optimal performance of IT systems
- Document technical procedures and create user guides

- Proven experience in IT support or related field
- Strong knowledge of computer networking concepts and protocols
- Familiarity with Active Directory administration

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
