Conducting classroom sessions of every nature.
- To provide IELTS guidance and expertise to both customers and colleagues
- To play an active role in the development of the IELTS offer countrywide
- To promote and ensure quality teaching and effective learning of English
- To support the wider aims of the British Council and its cultural relations mission.
- Identifying weak students to plan and execute the course of action for skill development.
- Assessment of LRW sheets of/for senior batches
- Suggesting changes or amendments in Content and WFM.
- Training and counseling trainers to ensure uniformity in content and delivery.
- Conducting Day-Off sessions.
- Responsible for retention of Non-qualifiers and Drop-outs
- Meeting students and guardians for a performance discussion.
- Planning and preparing module-specific reference material for students.
- Managing the class, preparing the lessons to be delivered to the students.
- Preparing and setting tests, examination papers, and exercises.
- Marking and providing appropriate feedback to the students.
- Basic administration, such as keeping student registers and attendance records
- Conducting and coordinating individual Speaking Interviews of every nature.
- Evaluation of the L/R/W sheets
- Updating Mock test results*
- Calling absentees and maintaining the absentees report*
- Evaluation of writings
- Conducting doubt sessions
- Erasing sheets

**KRI's & KPI's**
- Number of instances of deviation/defaults in a month
- Ensuring timely availability of required teaching content
- Increase/Decrease in Audit Score
- Achieve or exceed the benchmarks of Speaking Interviews and Writing checking
- Meeting the turn around time for assessment of LRW sheets
- Ensuring timely assessment and submission
- Number of days missed in a given month
- Punctuality and availability at work

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
