Position Overview:
A telecaller in a coaching institute plays a crucial role in the marketing and enrollment process. They are responsible for contacting potential students or their parents via phone to provide information about the coaching institute's courses, answer their queries, and persuade them to enroll. Telecallers act as the initial point of contact and play a significant role in building a positive impression of the coaching institute.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Outbound Calling: Initiate outbound calls to prospective students or their parents to introduce the coaching institute, explain the available courses, and highlight the benefits and features of the programs.
2. Information Provision: Provide accurate and detailed information about the coaching institute's courses, curriculum, teaching methodologies, faculty, infrastructure, and any other relevant information required by prospective students.
3. Lead Generation: Identify and generate leads by capturing essential details such as contact information, academic background, and interests of potential students. Maintain a database of leads for follow-up and future reference.
4. Query Resolution: Address inquiries and concerns of potential students or their parents, and provide suitable solutions or guidance. Clarify doubts about courses, admission procedures, fee structure, class timings, and any other queries they may have.
5. Follow-up Communication: Follow up with potential students who have shown interest but have not yet enrolled. Persuade them to take the next step, schedule a visit to the coaching institute, or attend a counseling session.
6. Relationship Building: Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective students and their parents. Understand their requirements, motivations, and concerns to offer personalized assistance and guidance throughout the enrollment process.
7. Collaboration with Team: Coordinate with the marketing and admissions team to align messaging, share feedback, and ensure a seamless enrollment process. Collaborate with other telecallers, counselors, and faculty to gather information and enhance understanding of the coaching programs.
8. Record-keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all telephonic interactions, including call logs, inquiries, follow-up activities, and enrollment status. Prepare reports and share them with the supervisor or management as required.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
1. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in the local language and proficiency in English. Ability to articulate information clearly, listen attentively, and effectively engage potential students over the phone.
2. Persuasion and Sales Skills: Strong persuasive skills to influence potential students and convince them of the value and benefits of enrolling in the coaching institute. Basic understanding of sales techniques and the ability to handle objections.
3. Customer Service Orientation: Customer-centric approach with a focus on providing exceptional service. Ability to empathize with potential students' concerns, provide appropriate solutions, and build rapport.
4. Organization and Multitasking: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple leads, inquiries, and follow-up activities simultaneously. Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
6. Teamwork and Collaboration: Willingness to collaborate with colleagues, share information, and contribute to a positive work environment. Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve common goals.
7. Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the education industry, coaching institutes, and competitive exams will be an added advantage.
8. Professionalism: Demonstrate professionalism, integrity, and a positive attitude while interacting with potential students and their parents.
**Salary**: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
