We are looking for a proactive and creative **Marketing Intern** to support our marketing activity in executing both **organic and inorganic marketing campaigns**, with a strong emphasis on **social media engagement**, content development, and digital outreach. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and contribute meaningfully to the growth of our brand.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Organic Marketing**:

- Assist in planning, creating, and scheduling content for social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, etc.)
- Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activity, and target audience behaviour to optimize content strategy
- Support SEO efforts including keyword research, content optimization, and link-building activities
- Engage with online communities and respond to followers/comments to build brand presence

**Inorganic Marketing**:

- Support the execution of paid campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn
- Assist in tracking and reporting performance metrics for paid marketing initiatives
- Coordinate with design and content teams to develop ad creatives and landing pages
- Monitor ad budgets and ensure maximum ROI under guidance

**General Marketing Support**:

- Prepare and manage marketing presentations, reports, and campaign performance summaries
- Contribute ideas for campaigns, promotions, and brand initiatives
- Help manage and update the company website and CRM tools
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
- Passionate about digital marketing, social media trends, and content creation
- Basic understanding of SEO, SEM, and social media advertising platforms
- Familiarity with tools such as Canva, Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and scheduling tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A creative thinker with attention to detail and a willingness to learn
