We are looking for a motivated and confident **Telecaller** to join our team. The role primarily involves reaching out to schools, coordinating with principals and teachers, and scheduling meetings/appointments as required.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Make outbound calls to schools to introduce our services and offerings.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings with principals and teachers.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, appointments, and follow-ups.
- Handle inquiries politely and professionally, providing accurate information.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with school staff.
- Meet daily/weekly call and scheduling targets.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Telecaller, Customer Care Executive, or similar role (preferred but not mandatory).
- Excellent communication skills in [English/Hindi/Regional Language as required].
- Ability to maintain professionalism and handle conversations with principals and teachers effectively.
- Good organizational and follow-up skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools preferred).
