**What we want you to do -**

**Financial Management & Analysis**:

- Manage day-to-day financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis to support informed business decisions.
- Prepare and interpret financial reports, including monthly closing procedures and variance analysis.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure financial alignment with business objectives.

**Investor Relations**:

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with current and potential investors.
- Proactively communicate the company's financial performance and strategic direction to the investment community.
- Manage and participate in investor roadshows, conferences, and one-on-one meetings.
- Monitor investor sentiment and market trends.
- Prepare investor presentations and other communication materials.

**Strategic Decision Making**:

- Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement long-term financial strategies.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to support business growth initiatives.
- Identify and evaluate potential financial risks and opportunities.

**Who You Are**
- CA or MBA in Finance Preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a business finance role with a focus on financial analysis and reporting.
- Proven experience in investor relations, including communication with analysts and institutional investors.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in financial modeling and MS Office Suite.
- Knowledge of financial markets and investment principles is a plus.
