 Overview:
**OT Security SME Implementation**
Design, Implement and deliver the global project in OT cyber security. Implement IDS/IPS solution across multiple countries. Single point of contact for customer to deliver the solution.
**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Engage with customer cybersecurity stakeholders including business and technical teams to implement OT cyber security platforms.
- Understand the existing OT network, identify feasibility of the network devices, perform assessment and design solution.
- Design solution architecture, Develop HLD, LLD, Test Strategy, Test Plan etc.
- Guide the implementation team, develop and track project plan, participate and drive customer status meetings.
- Co-ordinate with 3rd party stakeholder and solution provider for implementations, gaps, delivery, challenges and drive the discussion to closure.
- Review final deliverables
- Participate in all mandatory meetings, prepare necessary documentation, and work along with stakeholders.
- Manage the internal & external stakeholder
**Skills**
- 12+ years of Cybersecurity experience with an experience in Industry 4.0, OT network Security
- Good technical background and should be able to understand the various technical components of the solution.
- Must understand the deployment architectures, network connectivity etc.
- Hands on experience in IPS/ IDS, Firewall, Endpoint solutions in OT environment.
- Good to have experience working on tools like Armis, Nozomi Network, Claroty, Forescout etc.
- Good experience in managing cross cultural team and guide the team.
- Should be able to communicate effectively within internal and external stakeholders.
- Should have a strong understanding of broad cybersecurity risk management and Infrastructure security.
- Good understanding OT Security including concepts and their impacts on business operations as well as the associated technologies to help address risk and to enhance clients’ security posture.
- Ability to work with stakeholders ranging from C-level executives to business and technical teams
- Excellent communication, presentation and collaboration skills
- The ability to work easily with diverse and dynamic teams.
