**General Objective**

We are looking for qualified and experienced German Language tutor to deliver high quality training at our Pune centre and online for centres in other cities.

**Key Responsibility Areas**

**Curriculum Development and Delivery**:

- Plan, prepare, and deliver structured German language lessons for various levels (e.g., A1, A2, B1, B2).
- Create engaging and interactive teaching materials and resources.
- Use various teaching methods to cater to different learning styles.

**Student Assessment and Feedback**:

- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Identify areas where students need extra support and tailor lessons accordingly.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and performance.

**Exam Preparation**:

- Prepare students for German language proficiency exams (e.g., Goethe Institute certifications).
- Provide guidance on exam formats, strategies, and content.

**Fostering a Positive Learning Environment**:

- Create a motivating and supportive learning environment where students feel comfortable participating.
- Encourage student interaction and collaboration.

**Cultural Awareness**:

- Promote awareness of German culture and integrate cultural insights into lessons.

**Collaboration**:

- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to improve instruction and curriculum development.

**Professional Development**:

- Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and knowledge.

**Qualifications**:
**Education**:

- A Bachelor's degree in German language, Linguistics, Education, or a related field is often required.
- Master's degree preferred.

**Experience**:

- Prior teaching experience, especially in German language, is beneficial.
- Experience in preparing students for proficiency exams is a plus.

**Skills**:

- Fluency in German and English (both written and spoken).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to create engaging and effective lesson plans.
- Patience, creativity, and a passion for teaching.
- Computer skills for creating and managing online learning materials.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
