The MIS Executive is responsible for optimizing and automating data management processes using tools such as Google Sheets, Excel macros, and scripts. This role focuses on improving efficiency, accuracy, and productivity by developing automated solutions for data analysis, reporting, and data manipulation. The executive will understand data requirements and develop customized solutions to streamline workflows and enhance data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:
**1. Automation Development**:

- Design, develop, and implement automated solutions using Google Sheets, Excel macros, and scripts to automate data processing, reporting, and analysis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and develop efficient solutions to address their data management needs.
- Streamline data workflows, eliminate manual tasks, and improve overall data accuracy and integrity.

**2. Data Analysis and Reporting**:

- Extract, transform, and load data from various sources into Google Sheets or Excel.
- Perform data analysis, data validation, and data cleansing to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
- Develop dynamic and interactive dashboards, reports, and charts to present data insights and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Generate regular and ad-hoc reports for management, providing actionable insights for informed decision-making.
- Create Reusable sheets and dashboard with extensive use of Excel formulas, tools and Google Sheets capabilities

**3. Data Security and Compliance**:

- Ensure data security and compliance with relevant regulations and policies while working with sensitive information.
- Implement appropriate access controls, data protection measures, and data retention policies for automated system

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in Google Sheets and Excel, including advanced formulas, functions, and pivot tables.
- Experience in developing macros and scripts in Excel (VBA) or Google Apps Script is preferred.
- Knowledge of data visualization tools and techniques to present complex data in a user-friendly manner.
- Familiarity with data analysis methodologies and statistical techniques will be added advantage.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines

**Salary**: Up to ₹400,000.00 per year
