- Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote our office furniture products
- Provide detailed information about our product range, including features, benefits, and pricing
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable office furniture solutions
- Handle customer inquiries and address concerns professionally and efficiently
- Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics
- Maintain accurate records of sales calls, follow-ups, and customer interactions in the CRM system
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings

**Qualifications**
- Excellent communication skills in English, with a professional and friendly telephone manner
- 1-2 years of experience in telesales or a related field
- Strong customer service skills and ability to build rapport with clients
- Persuasive nature with a proven track record of meeting sales targets
- Proficiency in using CRM software and basic computer skills
- Knowledge of office furniture products and industry trends (preferred)
- Bachelor's degree (preferred)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
