**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand awareness, engagement, and viewership.
- Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, video, written, and audio) across various social media platforms.
- Monitor and respond to audience comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with the marketing, content, and production teams to ensure content aligns with brand messaging and campaigns.
- Analyse social media metrics and generate reports to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and strategies.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices, and implement them to optimize the channel’s social presence.
- Plan and execute social media advertising campaigns, including budget management and performance analysis.
- Engage with influencers, partners, and stakeholders to amplify content and reach.
- Manage social media crises and develop contingency plans to address any negative publicity or issues.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter,

Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerging channels.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social).
- Experience with social media advertising and analytics tools (e.g., Facebook Ads

Manager, Google Analytics).
- Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative content ideas.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects

simultaneously.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
