Position Overview:
We are looking for a passionate, experienced, and dynamic female biker to join our team as a Lead Trainer at Venus MotoAcademy. In this role, you will be responsible for leading motorcycle training sessions, guiding individuals through their learning process, and creating a positive, supportive atmosphere. You will also manage the academy’s social media presence, engaging with potential riders and the community, and handling customer inquiries to ensure smooth enrollment into our training programs.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Conduct Training Sessions: Lead practical and theoretical workshops, teaching women to confidently ride geared motorcycles with a focus on safety, technique, and control.

Personalized Instruction: Tailor training to different skill levels, ensuring every individual receives personalized guidance and attention.

Safety and Best Practices: Emphasize and enforce the importance of safety at all times, including the use of proper gear and adherence to traffic laws.

Motivational Leadership: Inspire and mentor riders, building their confidence and empowering them to push their boundaries.

Fleet Maintenance: Ensure that all motorcycles used in training sessions are well-maintained, clean, and ready to go.

Manage Social Media: Oversee the Venus MotoAcademy social media accounts, posting engaging content, updates, and success stories. Work to build an online community of women who share a passion for riding.

Customer Engagement: Contact potential customers, explain the training process, and convert inquiries into enrollments by providing clear, informative details about the training programs.

Continuous Improvement: Stay informed about the latest motorcycling techniques, safety measures, and industry trends to keep the academy’s offerings fresh and up to date.

Collaborate with the Team: Work alongside fellow trainers and the Venus Motorcycle Tours team to share feedback, brainstorm ideas, and ensure the success of each training session and academy initiative.

**Qualifications**:
Passion for Motorcycling: A skilled and enthusiastic female rider with a deep passion for motorcycles and the ability to share that enthusiasm with others.

Experience: At least 2-3 years of experience riding geared motorcycles.

Previous Teaching Experience (preferred): Experience in training or working with groups is a plus, but not required.

Strong Communication Skills: Comfortable speaking with potential clients and explaining the training process, both in person and over the phone.

Social Media Savvy: Experience managing social media accounts and a good understanding of how to create engaging content that resonates with a community.

Empathy & Patience: Ability to work with riders of varying skill levels and provide constructive feedback while encouraging their growth.

Safety-Conscious: Knowledge of motorcycling safety and best practices, with a commitment to instilling those practices in others.

Team-Oriented: Ability to work effectively with colleagues and contribute to the success of Venus MotoAcademy.
