**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a passionate and qualified Sports Counselor to join our team and provide mental health and performance psychology services to our athletes/sports department (or clientele).

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct individual and group counseling sessions to address mental health concerns, performance anxiety, motivation, and other challenges faced by athletes.
- Develop and implement mental skills training programs to enhance focus, concentration, goal setting, and mental toughness.
- Collaborate with coaches, trainers, and other professionals to provide comprehensive support for athlete development.
- Track athlete progress and measure the effectiveness of counseling interventions.
- Maintain confidentiality of all client information.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest research and developments in sports psychology.

**Qualifications**:

- Master's degree in Sports Psychology, Counseling Psychology, or a closely related field.
- Licensed or license-eligible as a mental health professional (requirements may vary by location).
- Experience working with athletes or in a sports environment is preferred.
- Strong understanding of mental health issues and sports performance psychology.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
